Autism awareness night at the Hillcats game. Raising a child with autism has it challenges, but I have someone amazing by my side to support me when times get frustrating. You expect your child to act/respond like a “normal” kid and it’s hard at times to remember that he doesn’t think normally. This is a process but I live my Aspie kid more than anything and I wouldn’t ask for anything to be different. I think he is perfect.
Someone put up this sign in the entrance of Chicago HQ a few days ago. It’s the first thing you see when you come in the door.
